The accommodation is privately situated in the maison de maitre, the oldest and central part of the moulin, built in the 1700s and sympathetically renovated to be comfortable but retain its natural rural charm. The wood panelled dining room for guests contains the original 18th century fireplace, which features the shell emblem of St Jacques de Compostelle, indicating that the Moulin welcomed pilgrims on their journey south to Santiago de Compostella in Spain. |
